Most likely you will be moving around on your feet all day and you won’t really feel the effects of that until you get home and sit down.
Moving ladders around, going up and down ladders, cleaning the windows, moving your equipment is going to put you into shape if you are out of it. It’s not going to give you a six pack, but you will become stronger with time. I promise however that your body will adapt and build muscle to where you won’t notice again until you have done a 15 hour day.
If you have health problems you should consider managing a window cleaning business as opposed to being a one man band and doing all the labor. This includes taking plenty of water and food with you to the job, wearing sun screen and a big labors hat. You are also going to want to practice lifting your ladder with your legs, not your back.
Anyone can clean windows no matter how strong they may or may not be, I’m a pretty skinny guy or at least I used to be. Obviously if you look like He-man you are going to have no problem, however if you are not skinny enough you wont be able to go onto certain types of roofs depending on how much you weigh. So there are pluses and minuses either way.
Be sure to get plenty of sleep and eat healthy foods as you are going to burn through calories cleaning eight hours a day. If you don’t take care of yourself you are going to fall behind in time and quality, which will affect your ability to make more money and reach your goal to make 100K a year.
